Shipping Policy

Maison Matcha uses Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to process and ship orders. Our inventory is stored at Amazon fulfillment centers, where Amazon handles the packing and shipping of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are submitted to Amazon for fulfillment within 24 hours of being placed. Amazon will then process, pack, and ship your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered after it has been processed.

Most orders arrive sooner, but delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and other factors.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. You can use this information to follow your order and view its estimated delivery date.
