Amazing Affordable Matcha

Trying out Maison Matcha was an absolute honor, and I absolutely loved their product. When opening the bag at first, it had a beautiful umami smell, and the color was bright green; the outlook was truly authentic. The packaging, as well, is really well designed, and everything was easy to open. The overall taste of the matcha was delicious and tasted high quality, it really felt like I flew all the way to Japan and drank it there. The consistency of the powder was smooth and was a super easy whisk in the bowl. For the price, it was amazing. Adding to the taste, it has a slightly bitter taste in the beginning, but that is great because it makes it a great matcha powder when wanting to make a latte!

Excellent quality

Maison matcha has a medium bright green color with a sweet, umami aroma and a silky smooth, creamy foam. Its flavor is a balanced mix of bitter, vegetal, umami, and fresh grassy notes, with a slight astringency. When paired with milk, the bitterness disappears, leaving a light-bodied, vegetal, and slightly sweet finish.

On par with all the best brands

Amazing quality! I have been testing matcha for 10+ years and this has got to be in my top 3. With matcha “trending” it’s sometimes hard to come across the real deal. This one checks all the boxes.

I love that this matcha is ultra-fine powder, which doesn't lead to clumping. It saves me so much time on whisking when I’m in a rush to get to work.

Great quality matcha!!

I’ve been on the search for a new matcha powder and I’m so glad I came across Maison Matcha. This matcha powder had very sharp notes with a pleasant astringent bite while also being very smooth. It is very high quality and had a vibrant green color that makes the price worth it. It also frothed very well when I used my bamboo whisk. I used the powder to make an iced matcha latte with oat milk and it was deliciousssss! 10/10 recommen :)

Bang for your buck

Good matcha is sooo hard to get these days that it's nice to find a more affordable, accessible, and smooth option like this one. The color is a nice vibrant green. I feel like this one is a little bit more bitter at first, but the nuttiness, creaminess, and sweet finish makes up for it. I didn't even need to add sugar to my latte. I did use a bit more than I usually use for my drinks though to get a stronger taste.
